DISGUSTING CLIENT SERVICE

I have been trying to get hold of ANYONE in your legal department or ANY department for that can assist me with regards a bond that was approved for my son Lloyd Baldwin, however, due to several interdicts & other issues on the property, the deal never materialised.

Now the attorneys, that STANDARD BANK APPOINTED, who are SP Swanepoel Attorneys, are now taking legal action against my son for costs on drawing up the documentation, however, at no stage ever, did my son cancel the bond application or cancel the purchase of the property, therefore HOW can Swanepoel Attorneys, who were appointed by Standard Bank and not my son, hold my son liable for these costs???

I have been trying to get hold of ANYONE at Standard Bank who will assist me with this problem, however all that happens is that I get transfered from one consultant to another.

Is this how Standard Bank treats their clients???
