UNEXPLAINED DELAY WITH BOND INSTRUCTIONS

I have sold a property and the purchaser has obtained FNB HL approval. However, for more than 10 days now, the conveyancing attorneys have been waiting for amended bond instructions to come through before they can proceed with transfer (the property street address was incorrectly captured on the initial bond approval). I am unable to obtain any explanation from FNB on the reason for the delay and when the matter will be remedied as I am not the bond applicant. The attorneys themselves (Cooper Conroy Bell and Richard) appear to be getting no response from their Attorney Liaison official at FNB.
