Bond Account 215223375
We would like to cancel our House Insurance as costs are too high as we are now Pensioners and find other Insurance Companies more reasonable. Standard Bank gave our Bond to Attorneys Madhlopa Inc who do not respond to emails and Phone calls even though I have paid their costs. Neither will they send me Proof of Payment. So every month a Debit Order is deducted from Standard Bank which we can ill afford. Standard Bank cannot resolve this issue and expect me too but it is like dealing with Attorneys who do not exist. If they gave our bond to such an unreliable Company then they should get to the bottom of it. It has become a desparate situation going on for months and months and we need help with this very urgently
