I have relocated to new place- premium is high

Good Day

I am Sai Kiran Nalla and I am paying insurance for my home contents since more than 2 years now and I moved to another place. When I called to woolworths insurance to change my address, they are saying double price what i am paying.
I can also understand that if differs from place to place. But i did not really moved to other area and I moved the very next complex where i was staying and also which is secured than where i was staying. This is really unfair and i did not expect this kind of response and service from woolworths. I will never ever recommend any woolworths products to any of my colleagues, friends and relatives. how can you expect me to pay that amount. I will have to cancel my woolworths insurance and will for hollards and will ask for a quote to my vehicle insurance provider.

consultant who spoke to me also not worried about customer to stay with woolworths because when i said i will rather have to cancel this and she said "so you want me to go ahead with cancellation" that means you are not even trying to convince customers. that is why woolworths is loosing huge business these days.
