Vehicle repair - 4 weeks late

I booked my car in on the 25th of February at Targa Panelbeaters, and since then have had a run around that there are no parts, the electricity was down, this is disgraceful as I have had no feedback from them or outsurance regarding the repair of my car, which I think should have taken max 5 /7 dys but 4weeks!!

I phoned the lady who initially delt with my claim and she promised me to get information from the Targa and phone me back this was at 11:00. I have just managed to phone Targa and finally get hold of Freddy myself only to find out the car will only be ready by wednesday latest... If this is the suppliers Outsurance is punting, Im sereously going to change my insurrer even if it means paying more elsewhere... This is the second time a Ousurance "vendor" has messed me around.

I am very unhappy aboyut th service I have recieved. And I guess will have ot find out on wednesday on what type job these people have done to my car.
