Auto & General repairs my RunX and it was never done properly, I am left with a leaking light a glued boot board and collection CD's. I then had another claim which i am still waiting for feedback regarding if they are going to repair my vehicle at the new Insurance Company. They happy to take their money monthly but not happy to fix my vehicle. Worst of all Woolworth's approached me for this Insurance so I believed I would be getting the same service standard I receive at Woolies.
They never return your calls, never explain things and always give you the run around. I will be emailing Woolworth's Head Office wanting a explanation.
They Consultant in-charge of my claim told me they wont be liable for my items, but i have emails from a lady who said they would???
Woolworth's better shape Ian and Russel up or get rid of them, I am still awaiting a return call from them which it has been more than 3 weeks.
