If you want to be made a fool of and get ignored

I joined Avon as I thought I would be able to make extra money. Sold my first order to family. When the stock came some items were missing. They said some were out of stock and the other thing was discontinued. I was promised if I made a order of over R700 I would get a free gift of perfume which also didn't count.

The stock still didn't come and I called "my team leader" to tell her I would like a refund and was told to phone Avon head office. Head office call centre agent told me to email proof of invoice, proof of payment I paid (oviously I paid other wise how could they deliver the stock)

I was ignored after that. Called them againn and they told me email proof of MY banking details. I emailed them my acount details which I had from opening an account at Absa. It shows I had R50 in that account (fee to open the account) then the bright spark at the call centre emails me back and says I only paid R50 to Avon. If they were intelligent and actually thought about it and stopped being lazy they would realize that Avon banks with FNB and I bank with Absa and it has my name on I t. So once agai I had to send proof of Payment, my banking details etc. Now at Avon there isn't one perso
