No More BMW!!! Sipho in incompetent and

I bought a BMW on a 25 month lease with a Buy Back Guaranteed (on 50 000kms).
I wanted to return the car 1 month early because kilometers already reached the limit of 50 000kms.
For more that a month I battled with BMW. From the dealership I was referred to BMW Finance. From Finance I was referred to Legal and the back again to Finance and ended up with Sipho Mkansi. I changed my bank account and needed to do manual payments and asked Sipho for a schedule and settlement amount in February. After numerous telephone conversations Sipho emailed me a statement that shows that I am in the credit - middle March, but BMW Finance insists that I am in the arrears with R503 000. When asked Sipho again about this difference he said that it is not his problem and he is not going to do anything about it because he is finished with this problem. Sipho also did not know what a Guaranteed Buyback means. While on the phone he asked me to hold so that he can listen to someone telling a joke in the background for which he could not stop laughing. This is not professional conduct and I an shocked that there are no follow up procedures in place or that this is allowed!! No more BMW for me again!!!
