Misinformed and about product

I sent this e mail to Telkom, still had no [URL Removed] Good day. I was contacted by Telkom mobile. Informing me I'm a preselected client qualifying for free adsl, free 3g and free wifi. I only need to go and buy prepaid airtime. Repeatedly this info was given to me. now it is installed. I did not touch it. Telkom phoned me and asked if I'm ok, I say yes, just need to buy prepaid airtime next year. She says no it does not work like that. I said I want all this modems removed. She said no problem. No One came yet. I was to. Please remove this! Response at 14 November: Good day (STILL NOTHING HAS BEEN DONE)
