UNBELIEVABLE BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!

I had a accident with my car and Telesure (Auto and General) recommended Windscreen Direct to fix my windscreen. They called me and we booked and appointment which I made payment for. After consulting with Telesure they informed me that I should first repair my bumper before my windscreen so I requested a refund from Windscreen Direct. After speaking to at least 3 different people because the original claim handler I dealt with was never at work or at her desk, they informed me that refunds could only be done on Thursdays-why they couldn't answer me!!! Now its a new week and I am still waiting for the refund and I have tried calling winscreen Direct and emailed them but there is no response!!! No one is even picking up the phones!!! Is this place for real??? Just by seeing the long list of complaints on Hello Peter I am really amazed that they are even still in business!!! I am still waiting for my refund and will visit them personally if I dont get feedback from them within the next 24 hours.
