The above mentioned employee deserves recognition for her outstanding service after the worst ordeal I have undergone with a service provider, namely Telesure Group. The employee in question, has gone the extra mile to understand my frustrations and not further aggravate the situation by offering service exemplary enough to receive praise. She has outshone 5 of her colleagues including 1 'manager/team leader' by dealing with my concern in a matter of days and actually delivering as promised..., something which took the above total of employees almost 2 months to 'not' get done...(details available upon request via telephone). I believe that all the particulars of my encounter is still on record and available for perusal.
If it is that such outstanding service goes unnoticed then I am of the opinion that she is worthy of more than Telesure is willing to offer her...
