FNB Does not Live up to its standards as it claims

I became a FNB client as i heard all the hype about them on the radio and from other people. After i became a client and opened an account i decided to apply for a smart phone, this got approved on the 20th of Jan 2013 . The device was finally delivered to me a month later and i get handed a package by the driver of the courier company and to my horror i find the courier packet was broken, i take the phone box out to which i see the seal has been broken on the box too. I open the box and find that the phone is not in the box! I obviously gave the Box back to the driver . i have now been waiting almost 3 months for this phone and nothing is being done about it, I am the one now phoning and phoning and phoning all the time to find out what is happening and all they can tell me is that it has to be investigated and that i cannot receive a new phone until the investigation is complete. i find all of this frustrating and i have been very patient and understanding but for goodness sake do i have to wait this long??? Please FNB sort this out ASAP as i should not be the one following up all the time. Oh and the nerve of it all is that they still debited my account for delivery of it
