Applied in April for a smart phone, with friendly and helpful service (only if that was the case) of FNB smart phone division, firstly there call center is useless, no one there knows whats going on?! really its two months since and still no device. every time i phone to follow up (never mind the fact when these call center agents say and promise that they will call you back with info regarding your matter, they never get back to you) they give me different excuses ; no stock, stock is arriving, we forgot to notify the courier or the best part is when a smart phone employee from the operations division apologizes for the inconvenience's and promises you that it has been sorted out and the courier will phone me for delivery that same day or latest the following day, 3 days later still no phone call, no one from FNB contacts me either, again i follow up just to find out they still did not send the courier anything, then tell me no i have to wait till the device reaches there durban branch then only will i be contacted .seriously how long does it take them from JHB to Durban?! 2 months??? even if he was traveling by bicycle it would not take so long. WELLDONE FNB GREAT WORK, ya right
