A month ago I wrote a complaint about this same bank, my problem was dealt with eventually and the service I got from the branch manager Janine, was very good. I then was taken care of by a Mrs Nosi Mdutyana, I can give her a 10/10 all around, and would advice any Nedbank Client to see Nosi for A class banking when visiting Nedbank Oxford Street.
