Awaiting feedback after 3 months and 3 complaints

We are awaiting feeback on reference number 245877 since 23 Jan 2013, this is unacceptable! This is not how a bank should treat any client!

We have also complained on hellopeter on 15 March, with little success.

This ref HAS to be resolved within the next two days! If you CANOT resolve this item them I expect "STEVE" to contact us and say why we should stay with FNB! It is absolutely pathetic!!!
