It was on the 29 Sep and I sent my brother to draw cash and purchase items at spar in Gauteng Johannesburg, Eldorado Park Ext 9 1813. I was not feeling well and have a baby..anyway he went and purchased and when he went to the Atm he was corned..while standing at the spar atm a R3000 was withdrawn from my acc at another atm.he received a slip and the same time he received the slip I received an sms abt the withrawal. Anyway I stopped the card and went into the south gate branch the 30-Sep they told me to open a case and the investigation takes 20 working days..I am still awaiting feedback..I even went back into the branch the 28Oct and was told that a letter will be sent to me..I still did not get any letter or feeback just changed accounts to FNB and the first month this happened..I never ever had such problems with any other bank..I need to know what they findings was..I want video futage because apperently this always happens at that ATM..if they can see a trend why don't thy try and put securities at the ATM's w many pe must first be robbed from money that they work so hard for and no feedback.
