No feedback after 3 complaints!

Do Not tell me again that you have refered this case to the relevant department!!! This is not acceptable as they do absolutely nothing!

We are awaiting feeback on reference number 245877 since 23 Jan 2013, this is unacceptable! This is not how a bank should treat any client!

We have also complained on hellopeter on 15 March as well as 25 March, with little success.

This ref HAS to be resolved within the next two days! If you CANOT resolve this item them I expect "STEVE" to contact us and say why we should stay with FNB! It is absolutely pathetic!!!

We bought an ipad through our business account and was supposed to receive 5% discount as advertized, we however did not! You are still advertizing this and yet wet still havent received our discount money???
