If there was an accolade for the WORST SERVICE on planet earth it would go to Alexander Forbes Insurance!!! I had no problems dealing with the front line customer service agent (Natalie Venter) on Monday 11/03 - she was efficient and on top of her game. But when I called the call centre on Wednesday 13/03 and spoke to Mbali (don't know her surname) everything took a downward spiral! She advised me that everything had been processed for payout on my policy and that it should reflect in my bank account on Thursday 14/03 (TODAY). Then upon enquiring today on why payout wasn't in my account I was eventually transferred to the call centre manager & she deserves the accolade for passing the buck on!!! None the less she put me through to Saldana who is the administrator for the payouts or something to that effect... I verbally have to express my frustrations AGAIN and she responds by telling me that she will get back to me in a couple of minutes!!! It is now 7 hours later and NOTHING. I eventually call them for the millionth time only to get told that everything is now resolved from her side and is currently sitting on a desk for Management to sign off!
