7months, no refund, no feedback, Incompetent

Good Day

I applied for Debt review and currently under debt review with Siyaya Debt since August 2012.

During the month of October an amount of R424.37 was paid to African bank and again in November 2012 an amount of R424.37 was again paid to African by MISTAKE.

Since then i've been trying to get a refund from them of R848.74 but no once seems to help.

I've been sent from pillar to pillar. The first guy that my debt councellor delt with was Lawrence Lebese who forwarded the case to Aslynn McClean.

Its been 7 Months and I still have not been refunded my money. Theres no feedback from Ashlynn or any body for that matter.

Im sick and tired of having to wait to hear from African bank or Jebeida Blaauw from the siyaya debts becouse both the companies are incompitent and dont know the meaning of customer service. its very frustrating to wait for 7months for a refund, all proof of payments were sent to [Email Removed] but still no one has done anything about it.

please can the money be refunded / paid back into MY BANK ACCOUNT ASAP -
