Old Mutual
3 months later still no pension payout

I resigned from oldmutual on 09 November 2012, to date i still have not recieved my pension payout. i keep phoning anf i'm sent from pillar to post because someone somewhere have no i dead what they were employed to do. the service is worse the telkom, it is pathetic.

Alphy Marhanele, the so called manager cant manage to send an email to confimr an exit, then there is Janine who promised to call me back once she recieved all my sogned documents... still waiting, she must have trouble dialing my number and Widaad... she problably thinks that all black people are stupid. I called the so called payout department after she told me that they have recieved the documents and they confirmed that they do not have them.

i spent over R300.00 on phone calls, still no responce. am i ever going to get my pension payout. This is beyond nuasiating, i want my moneyTODAY, IF YOU HAVE SOMEONE THAT CAN CLICK THE transfere button from your computer. in future, please hire competent people.

I bet there will not be a response, or will i have to wait 6 - 8 weeks just like i have to wait for my money.you have my bank account number, you know how much you owe me... what the K is the problem.
