I have retired from dept of education in Umtata, opted to get pension thru Old Mutual. Dept confirmed paying funds to Old Mutual on the 27 March, according to service centeer in Umtata- how evr monday I went there again to check responce, as Im still awaiting payment, Cindy called cpt offc, where they confirmed all documents have been received and again requested me send a letter stating that I am intending to get 1/3 of the payout through them- that was done but still no payout yet,., 3months of no salary is a disaster personally and considering credit record histroy..
