Lack of transparency, really bad service, in breach

Geyser issue - extensive water damage in 1 room. Agent informed me of excess, service providers ordered bt auto and gen demand payment outside of excess.

Aren't called back and confirmed that if the service providers price is more than the excess then I am only liable for the excess.

No communication and no one seems to know anything concrete at their service centre.
I will be canceling my insurance with this company and raising this matter with the insurance ombuds.
