I phoned and got Adishan on the line as a consultant for first for woman.
I called at about 4:45pm which is close to closing time for businesses and I needed help with insurance for my car, I ask ALOT of questions and with everything he did not once hesitate to help me he even spoke to my dad which had some questions I didnt ask and he didnt mind at all.
I did accept the quote he gave me and when he offered me things and for some I said no, he did not sigh or become irritable because I am young and i did ask ALOT. I was very happy with the service he gave me.
we only got off the phone at about 6:15pm and he was suppose to be on his way already! he stayed and helped me with everything I needed and It makes me feel comfortable and like I am not just another client
and what struck me was when I said 'My friend said In should call' and he asked who I said her name and he asked is she with 1st for woman I said yes and now she is getting a reward just for recommending them. He could of just said oh what a nice friend or thats nice but instead he cared to ask and he dealt with everything professionally.loves his job
i will only deal with him if i have queries.
