I am very disappointed in Miway. I have been referring everyone to Miway as I thought they were the best but unfortunately if i get bull letter stating my excess is increasing from R 0 to R 3300 then its bound to ruffle my feathers. Very very disappointed. Clearly so many people are going through the same thing. Really considering changing insurance. I just called the call centre where I was told: " well sir your premiums are still low." Who cares?!!! I specifically DID NOT take the lowest premium the first time so that I would not have to pay an excess!!! When I asked what will my premium be if I opted for no excess once again I was told that with Miway you have to take the excess option. WHAT!!! When I told the agent at call centre that maybe I should consider changing insurance he reckons well maybe I should do that then. To end off I was told that only new customers (Who joined since 2012) will have this excess issue. Clearly you do not need customers.
