My wife was involved in a motor vehicle accident 2 months ago. She lodged a claim after a day. After a month she go a call from the insurance to notify her that the claim was not going to be paid because the premium payer, who is me, her husband, was listed negatively at the credit bureau. This is unfair and criminal. I don't remember being asked about my status at the bureau. Is this reason enough to reject my wifes claim?
