Incorrect Billing

I took out a personal loan at FNB Southdale of which the duration was 6 months and monthly instalment quoted was R1398.94 of which the first debit was on the 25/06/12. The amount that was debited from June to November was R1439.45. In December the last debit went of for an amount of R1288.86. Now I apparently still owe R174.00. I queried this at The Glen branch on the 12/01/13 but was pushed from pillar to post without any help. I queried this with Johanna from the Collections department, she had an attitude and could not explain to me what was going on. When I asked for a manager she kept me on hold till I had to drop the call. I still have not had any feedback
