Payment holiday

We applied for a payment holiday on our bond acc on 17/01/2013 since we only have one income for the next 4 months. We received no response from standard bank since. All we need is a simple response since they said it would take 15 working days. The service is really poor. After i called during Feb i learned that they have a backlog, but was never informed when we applied. Very poor from a bank that is 'moving forward'.
