I applied for a bond approval from SBSA. The bond originator informed me they have questions from the bank on why i didn't pay my last. Installment on previous bond. On the 30th of JAnuary 2013 the consultant at the K90 branch in Boksburg informed me upon my question do i need to pay as the sale already went to the deeds office, the consultalt replied i don'tneed to pay. Now last week they rejected my bond apporval based on the advise i followed that they gave me. This was the only reason they declined my application for a. New bond, Why do they give advise to their clients yet when we follow it, they are the same ones telling is it was wrong.
