Unbelievable, HUGE, Mistake-filled service

Late Estate: J.Ferreira - 30 years employee for FNB
Involved: Donice van Zyl, Linda Bode & Lesley Callow - Executors
7 December 2011, I was advised by Angelique Potgieter, Estates Department, Pta, that according to my late uncle's last will, I was the Sole heir. This was put in writing by Pta & Donice.
I inherited a house, the contents thereof & vehicles.
12 December 2011, Donice advised me she's sending a valuer to the property to write up all the contents of the house, the vehicles & to valuate the property. THIS WAS NEVER DONE & NOTHING WAS SECURED!
Arriving on 29 December 2011 in Sundra, it was to a house that was ransacked & no vehicles.
I made a case with the Sundra police station - Case nr: 156/12/2011.
Donice was informed of this on 29 & 30 December 2011 & I send her e-mails. Her response: "O well, at least you'll still get money from selling the house."
The contents of the house, according to Donice, was insured in 2008 for R245 000.
Two vehicles found, two still missing.
11 March 2013, my sister received a letter from FNB saying she's inheriting. FNB made a mistake with the will, BUT to date, I haven't been informed about this??
MANY more mistakes was made, I have proof
