Discovery Card have failed to reimburse Virgin Active Cashbacks due from 2011. Various emails (mostly automated) from December 2012 followed promising resolution. Some were paid back.
I'm still owed: Jan 2011, Feb 2011, Mar 2011, April 2011, June 2011
Last email was received 1 March 2013 promising me a response within 7 days.
WHEN WILL THESE BE REIMBURSED?? Almost 2.5 years later I'm still waiting.
