On the 19th Feb I was informed via a Bluebeans call centre message that a "solution specialist will contact you to resolve your complaint."
I was so excited I could bearly go to sleep at night, but now one month later NOBODY has called which leads me to the conclusion that they are all in Australia.
OR Bluebean's staff are a bunch of liars, what do you think?
