I bought a car from Renault Bryanston beginning of March 2013 and till today I haven't received my spare key. Every time I call the manager, he tells me he is going to check up on it and he'll get back to me. I call almost on a weekly basis. They don't get back to me nor respond to my emails. When I collected the car, I signed delivery documents and the finance person was not present at the time; as a result, I was promised that as soon as she signs, those documents will be emailed to me. Even that took months of calling and throwing of tantrums before the documents could be delivered to me. I have received nothing but bad service from Renault Bryanston and would not even advice anyone to buy from there. I have had to spend an Easter weekend with a car disk that does not correspond to my number plate. When they did my car registration, they forgot to remove the old disc. How careless! Right now I just want my spare key. How difficult can it be to order one. Iv waited 7 months and still counting.
