Don't Try to get your ITC before 12 months

I have sent Simone Fourie emails since the middle of August to try to get my credit Report. First my emails was not answered but when she eventually came back to me the answer was I can't give you another report as the 12 months is only expiring in December. I clearly stated in my first email to Simone that I wont be here in December and this is the reason why I want it earlier, I again followed this up but my emails were ignored
