MY MONEY HELD HOSTAGE BY THE BEEP BANK

Last Thursday, 21st March 2013 i went to FNB Church Square Branch. My banking logons were no longer working and i wanted to change the daily and transfer limits. I was unfortunately turned back as i was told there had been a lot of money transferred into my account and they couldn't help me as they were busy investigating where the money came from. I understood and went back home and was told to come back today. This morning i went to the bank and yet again, was turned back as the investigations are still on. My money is held hostage and i'm falling behind on payments. I asked what the turn-around time is for the investigations and was told it normally takes just a day but it''s now 3 working days and 'still no help. I'm very frustrated and want to change banks to a bank that works for me. It's not my fault they're failing to complete their investigations on time and want my money today. FNB advertise that they're not beep bank but all i see is their beeping and no help. That's my money and i demand it bank. Thursday to Monday and still no help... Please!!
