After applying for finance at wesbank, we received an automated approval message from wesbank. I then send all the necessary documentation for the application. No response from wesbank. I phoned every day last week to find out what the stand is on the application. When i finally reached them on friday they said it was approved, I did the contract telephonic ally, they said i need to wait for the assessment people to do the road worthy and 101 point check. They will call me on friday to arrange wit buyer and seller. Im still waiting for that call. I have told them many times that i need the vehicle asap. Still no response. I think this is very bad service from wesbank. I did a second finance application for another vehicle. I hope we not going to walk the same route again.
