What a joke!!

I have applied for a cell phone contract and was declined. After enquiry I was informed that ITC was the reason for this and ABSA has reported me as bad payment. I went to ABSA Bracken City, who by the way was very helpful, but this was where customer service and competency stopped. Trying to phone from ABSA landline I was forwarded from pillar to post. First the Home Loan division, Camille referred me to legal division, or so I thought. I got to Josh who then referred me to Thabiso who could also not assist. He suggested that I lodge an account investigation. I was then phoned by Petro who indicated that only legal division can tell me why I was put on ITC and I phoned 0860111007 again. Here, Theresa, gave me a reference # 8844247 and proposed to phone the 0860111999, legal division, where Pindi Ngxenge answered. She gave me the # 0112217013 where there was no answer. I got another # 0112216111 from a Standard Bank friend, where Ayensha answered, who indicated that the 0112217013 doesn't show on the system as a ABSA #. With all this referrals none of these officials could identify from the ABSA system why ABSA has put me on ITC and still no cell phone contract.
