I am tired of having to answer telephone calls from ABSA bank Credit Card division (Twice weekly) pertaining to payment arrangements I have made for month ends. Your systems are causing major discomfort to customers which WILL result in criminal charges being brought against your bank for intimidation/harassment as your call centre staff are annoying.
The twice weekly phone calls are pathetic.
Now you know why I took my other accounts over to FNB as the "BEEP" in Beep bank is to conceal vulgar language customers use in order to describe your Beeping bank.
