FNB Cant help Loyal Customers

I have been a loyal customer with FNB for over 20 years. Starting off with a Junior BOB account, moving to BOB T, eventually a smart account to now having a Platinum cheque account with them. I also have other offerings, like a Platinum Credit Card, Investment Accounts and so on. You would expect all of this to count for something when your slogan is "How can we help you? "

I previously applied for a bond and was flat out denied by FNB, however granted by another Bank which I have no accounts with... I still chose to leave all my accounts with FNB. I have once again needed to apply for a Bond and even with me putting down a 27% deposit and requiring only a 73% Bond, all FNB can offer me is a disappointing and depressing 54% Bond.
I definitely have the funds available to service the Bond but FNB has clearly chosen to deny me once again.

This really is the last straw with FNB for me... after being denied Home Loans and Vehicle Finance previously only to be approved by other institutions seems highly unfair. FNB has left me no choice but to move all my loyalty and money to another Bank!!!
