I took a bond by ABSA bank in 2007 in 2008 I requested that the bond repayment must be changed from a monthly payment to a annual repayment. ABSA Bank did not do so however I did an annual payment between R70 000.00 and R90 000.00. Mr Pretorius office then handed the account over to. L SANDENBERG for legal action. Miranda from L SANDENBERG contact and withdrew the case as ABSA did not keep to their side as promise where made to change this account to annual. May 2012 I spoke to Mr Pretorius he told me that I must not pay the annual amount but 3 monthly payment then he can send the file to the department to change from monthly to annual I the did as he requested as I did not received any further notification regarding the matter. I excepted that he did as he told me. At end of 2012 I place the house on the marked the property is sold I requested all statements and recon of all bank charges as I handing the account over to auditor to insure that ABSA bank did not over charge me they cannot supply me with this. I've been advised by my legal advisor as well as a financial advisor to make sure this is correct as ABSA is known to overcharge. As I'm still waiting.
