I hereby would like to express my disappointment towards how fnb credit card department has treated me.
I requested for a limit increase 10 days ago- and was advised that it will be approved in 24hrs. This has not happened. I then spoke to a call centre agents several times (Moses, Sandra, Yolanda) and they informed me that it will be activated immediately. Up until now the limit was not increased. Also spoke to the supervisor (S.Naidoo) who promised to call me back. When I applied for my card, it was a mission- and when ever i visit the Cresta branch its . l am tired of using this bank as i don't get good services.
