I have never gone through such bad service as first card, I have contacted how many persons on 011-632 2210 and spoken to Call Centre Agents, Supervisors and including Managers and have lost faith in First Cards ability to deliver quality service, I have been messed around so much and this is not the way to treat a longstanding client whom has been with FNB for 25 years, I gave this application in at Cresta Branch FNB on the 27th December 2013 with approved limit of R30100 Ref-ZNC13361085771482, I have been now to Cresta Branch three times now, even the branch cannot get any joy from First Card.

I might as well just stay with Virgin Money Credit Card because First Card has made me so angry now, my current limit with Virgin Money is R22350 and Credit Bal R1939.00 Cr.

I have two Investments Accounts totaling R102000 and this is not the treatment I deserve from First Card!
My Business Account always in Credit Balance, My Gold Cheque always in Credit Balance, All my products are with FNB and I Certainly do not appreciate shoddy service.

All I get is REF no - 393947 and 393775 and still no joy.
