REFUSE TO ALLOCATE EBUCKS AFTER 4 MONTHS

I purchased Flu vaccines from Dischem in Mar'13 and when my ebucks was not allocated i put in a query sent thro' the receipts and after a whole lot of emails going back and forth i recieved confirmation from Sharlene on the 24.05.2013 confirming approval and a manual allocation will be done. After 10 days still nothing i foned back they told me to wait another week, which i did i foned back they said they sent it through and even the admin department cannot provide a date as to when it will be done. So i foned again on the 09.07.2013 because it was still not allocated and obvioulsy frustated as it was alot of money and now they come with a corky story saying Dischem responded saying it was glasses and purchase of glasses is not a qualifying ebucks product. I never even purchased glasses and isepcified that i 100 times to them. What is frsutrating is that after confirming the approval of the ebucks now they come back with this stroy. If that is what Dischem is saying how are they keeping stock of their items firstly and secondly howcome they picking that up now Dischem is saying it is glasses. Thats absolute nonsense.
