I have contacted Outsurance on two seperate occasions to see if they could beat my current insurance. They were not able to beat my current insurance. They advertise that they will pay out an amount of R400 if they cant beat ones current insurance. I have yet to be given these funds seeing as how they were not able to beat my current insurance. Every time I call I am assured someone will get back to me and to date I have not heard anything, This is false advertisement and not living up to their promise.
