I phoned Miway to advise them about the death of my husband and the consultant who assisted me was Mary she was so empathetic and very helpful she understood my confusion and explained politely and professionaly the requirements to update the policy and confirmed that the car is still covered also even managed to update the premium payers details whilst I was on the line and that for me was an excellent service I am a first time caller and to get this kind of service I would refer people to Mi Way insurance
