I have been with my way for 8 months now and they have been debiting and getting their premiums on time but the one month that my debit order (DO) bounces which i asked 2 be recollected they go and reject my claim. Mind you had there be no claim they would have gladly resubmitted the DO and recollected the premium. Here's e story when the DO rejected they called me and informed. I asked them to recollect on the 5-08-2013 from the same account, I would go and make a deposit the account. The followin day which was the 6th i contact MiWay and asked if i could change my bank details to avoid the incident from happenin again. The lady i spoke to agreed and asked me to send the new bank details which i did. On MON morning the 12-08-2013 i received an sms confirming that my claim was accepted, giving me the details of where I should take my car for repairs. I then sent an email to MiWay querying this for I had not received any confirmation from my bank of the DO going through. They checked and confirmed that it didnt go through bcoz they collected from the other account. When i asked them to correct this they told me they wont bcoz they not allowed to. I am so dissapointed and I feel so robbed!
