ABSA's repeated bad service

ABSA has been delivering bad service for years, yet I'm bound to them by my home bond. (1) My car bought through ABSA Finance was paid off years ago. I have been calling for two years and STILL haven't received my car reg. papers back. (2) My credit card expired more than a year ago. Every time they sent an SMS notification to collect (sent during the week) by the time I got to the bank by the Sat the card had been sent back! Less than 7 days! This has happened at least 6 times if not more. Every time I call to report it. I am still waiting. When ABSA card division calls to ask if I want to increase my limit and I mention the situation, they fob me off with promises but no one ever calls me back. (3) My card was ATM last week. I needed a replacement card. I asked the bank if everything remains the same and they said yes. Yet they have reduced all my daily limits to the minimum WITHOUT TELLING ME and I have been publically embarrassed when my card wasn't accepted. I didn't even have a credit card as back up (see item 2). (4) My access bond was changed from being an access bond many years ago without my permission or being advised. The list goes on...
