On 26th Feb'13 I phoned Dial direct to request road side assistance. After repeating my id no 3 times and my vehicle registration number, I was told that I do not register on their system.
My membership commenced on 1st August 2011 and I have paid my premiums by debit order regularly since then without exception. I was under the impression that I was covered according to my policy.
I e-mailed my dissatisfaction with their service on 28th Feb'13 as I was still in shock & very traumatized and demanded the repayment of all my premiums from August 2011 to February 2013 and I insisted they repay my No Claims Bonus pro rata.
Acknowledgment of my e-mail was received on 2nd March, apologizing for the lack of service, and I was requested to provide them with the name of the consultant in order to investigate the matter further. I replied on 4th March that I was unable to provide them with the name of the consultant but I referred them to the time of the conversation as all their services/enquiries are recorded and taped.
I haven't heard from them since then
