I've been sending proof of tracking device to [Email Removed] since from 03 Mar 2013 i would receive the Timed Out Mail reply, after so many attempts i phoned 0860212180 i got through and the email address was apparently incorrect, Karabo gave me this email add [Email Removed] email, the email was successful but they could not open the proof. I phoned again today at 10:02, Thanks to Nolwazi Tsoane for going beyond her call of duty ensuring that the proof is received and can be opened. She was helpful, i was having second thoughts about the insurance if i'm battling to submit now imagine the frustration when i were to claim. I now have my updated policy.
