SUPPOSE TO PUT A HOLD ON ACCOUNT - JUST DIDNT!!!

I encountered a scenario on my account and immediately notified FNB via telephone and explained to them to please put a hold and cancel the card immediately - I had to go to the branch day after day explaining my situation where I went from pillar to post and every single time filled In the wrong doc first it's the frauds dept then im notified it is actually a dispute on the account - I had to sit and explain the entire procedure at the branch and to about 10 different call centre advisors where im just being transferred until the call it eventually cut - after all that I still find the disputed transactions to be submitted and notice that my account is still very much able to perform transactions this is unacceptable - as this is suppose to be the people that protect your money - what is the purpose of all these promises is none is undelivered.

This is the type of thing that the OMBUDSMAN is there for so it leave me no choice it seems!!
