Had an account with hi fi corporation which was paid up in June 2011. after that hi finance handed over the account to mbd inc. since then they have been phoning us and sending sms because of non payment. this is unacceptable because we have settled this account a long time ago and all proof has been mailed but still no reaction it looks like someone did not do their job. this running around is costing alot of money that they wont reimburse. for two hours the staff of boksburg branch were running around to help but no one could help. PLEASE ASSIST AS THIS HAS NEGATIVELY AFFECTED MY CREDIT RECORD!!!
